Herbaceous Border Care & Management

Please note that I am fully booked with regular gardening clients and therefore unable to accept any new regular or occasional work at the current time.

I understand that herbaceous borders are the eye-catching centrepieces of a garden that can provide beauty and enjoyment throughout the seasons. I also appreciate that they are the pride and joy of garden owners who will have designed, developed and cared for them for many years. It is a real privilege for me to help maintain such beautiful established borders and I strive to be as careful as possible whilst weeding, watering or dead heading in these areas of the garden that have taken much time and energy to create. Routine maintenance of herbaceous borders including weeding, planting and dead heading is charged at £30 per hour which includes the provision of tools. Weeds and other green waste can be composted on site or disposed of in a garden waste collection bin. If you need me to remove weeds or other green waste from site for disposal elsewhere, I charge £12 per bulk bag for this service.

Please note that I do not offer a garden design service or provide or sell plants. However I am able to plant out plants that have been provided by customers themselves.
